Water Conservation Ordinance Update
Recommendation
Staff will present an overview of the City’s existing water conservation ordinance, Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 14.16. An update to the code is needed because of new State requirements and in preparation for likely drought scenarios. Prior to assembling the updated ordinance, staff would like to receive feedback on concepts and principles.
