Lower Bay Dredging - Subcommittee Update on Private Party Dredging Disposal Concepts
Recommendation
The Harbor Commission subcommittee will provide an update to the Commission on the private party dredging disposal concept(s) as prepared by Team Palmer. Upon receiving said report, the Harbor Commission can provide further direction as to whether said concept(s) require further review and discussion or should be dropped from further consideration.
Recommendation:
1) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and
2) Decide if the alternative dredging disposal concept(s) submitted by Team Palmer require further review and discussion or should be dropped from further consideration.
