Negotiating Parties: Robert D. Olson, President of Olson Real Estate Group, Inc. the Manager of Lido House, LLC, a California limited liability company.
Under Negotiation: Instruction to negotiator regarding price and terms of payment. The City Council will not be considering the sale of either property and will only be discussing a leasehold interest in the properties.
