Budget Amendment to Accept a Check from the California State Library for Literacy Services (CLLS) and Appropriate Funds to the Library’s FY 2019-20 Maintenance and Operation Budget
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and
b) Accept a check in the amount of $23,874 from the California State Library for Literacy Services (CLLS) and approve Budget Amendment No. 20-038 to increase expenditures by the same amount in the Literacy account.
