Water Transmission Main Valve Replacement - Phase 2 & Alta Vista Regulating Station Relocation Project (18W12 & 19W13) - Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Psomas Engineering, Inc. (Contract No. 7539-2)
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;
b) Approve Amendment No. 1 to Psomas Engineering, Inc.’s PSA, to add $82,848.00 to the current contract for a total not-to-exceed amount of $264,868.00; and
c) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment.
