Based upon exitsting facts and circumstances, the City Council will be considering joining an amicus in the case of Robert Martin v City of Boise, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Case No. 15-35845, United States District Court for the District of Idaho, Case No. 1:09-cv-00540-REB, as an amicus curiae.
