Project Summary
A Tentative Parcel Map for condominium purposes. An existing duplex will be demolished and replaced with a new two-unit duplex. The tentative parcel map would merge the portions of underlying parcels into a single legal lot and allow each unit to be sold individually. No waivers of Title 19 requirements are requested.

Recommended Action
1. Conduct a public hearing; and
