Recommendation
Public Works staff will present the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 through 2031-32 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget for further public and Councilmember review and discussion. The annual CIP budget serves as an identification and funding plan for City infrastructure projects and programs that are in progress and/or will be implemented in the coming 2026-27 fiscal year. The total proposed 2026-27 CIP budget is $95,096,260.
