City staff will share information from due diligence efforts surrounding redeveloping privately owned property located at 12 Corporate Plaza.

Recommended Actions:
1. Receive and discuss staff and public input on this site; and
2.Consider providing a recommendation to the City Council regarding next steps on exploring the 12 Corporate Plaza site.
