i. Report from the County of Orange - Orange County Board of Supervisors’ Vice Chair Katrina Foley will provide an update on County airport-related matters.
ii. Federal Advocacy Update - Zac Commins, Carpi & Clay, will provide an update on aviation-related federal legislation and the firm’s advocacy efforts on behalf of the City.
iii. Chair’s Report - Aviation Committee Chair Lauren Kleiman will discuss the May 27 Orange County Council of Governments conference, recent meetings between the City of Newport Beach and the Department of Transportation and between the City and Ontario International Airport, Assembly Bill 431, and the Orange County Grand Jury Report titled “Connecting Orange County to LAX: Evaluating Transportation Options.”
