Recommendation
Project Summary
A minor use permit request to estabish a new Take-Out Service, Fast-Casual eating and drinking establishment (Barbarista Coffee) within an existing 1,460-square-foot commercial tenant space. The applicant proposes minor tenant improvements to create a bathroom, kitchen, service and seating area limited to 20 seats. No late hours, outdoor dining or alcohol service are proposed as a part of the project.
Recommended Action
1. Conduct a public hearing;
2. Find this project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 Class 1 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, because it has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment; and
3. Adopt Draft Zoning Administrator Resolution No. _ approving Minor Use Permit filed as PA2026-0120 (Attachment No. ZA 1).
