Site Location: 901 and 1001 Dove Street
Recommendation
Summary:
The Applicant requests authorization to develop a 75-unit residential condominium community on two existing contiguous legal lots. A publicly accessible pedestrian strada will also be provided, improved with six-foot-wide pathways and shaded seating buffered from the street with landscaping along the Dove Street and Quail Street frontages. Vehicular access to the site will be provided through an existing curb opening on Dove Street and a new curb opening on Quail Street.
