Amendment No. One to On-Call Services Agreement with Linnes Services, Inc., for As-Needed Hauling, Delivery and Disposal of Materials
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and
b) Approve Contract Amendment No. One to On-Call Professional Services Agreement with Linnes Services, Inc., for As-Needed Hauling, Delivery and Disposal of Materials, to extend the contract term for two years and to increase the contract amount by $80,000, for a new not-to-exceed amount of $200,000; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.
