Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15262 (Feasibility and Planning Studies) of the CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3; and
b) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-10, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California, Initiating Amendments to the General Plan, Local Coastal Program, and Newport Beach Municipal Code to Implement the Recommended Actions from the Corona del Mar Commercial Corridor Study (PA2024-0002).
