Big Canyon Eagle Scout Project
Recommendation
Staff recommends the Parks, Beaches & Recreation (PB&R) Commission review and approve Kevin Lew’s Eagle Scout project planned for Big Canyon Park/Preserve. The project includes interpretive panels, interactive trail markers and a wood bench. Exact details and locations of amenities will be determined with direction and guidance from City staff and the Newport Bay Conservancy. The proposed donation (project) complies with City Council Policy B-17 - Parks, Facilities and Recreation Program Donations.
