Balboa Peninsula Trolley Continuation Service: Cooperative Agreement No. C265249 with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) - Project No. 24-NBCH-CBT-4080
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and
b) Authorize the City Manager to execute Cooperative Agreement No. C265249 between Orange County Transportation Authority and City of Newport Beach for Balboa Peninsula Trolley Service Continuation (Project V - Community-Based Transit/Circulators, Project No. 24-NBCH-CBT-4080).
