Budget Amendment to Accept a Grant from the California Library Literacy Services and Appropriate Funds to the Library’s Fiscal Year 2026-27 Operating Budget
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and
b) Accept a grant in the amount of $46,456 from the California Library Literacy Services and approve Budget Amendment No. 27-024 to increase expenditures by the same amount in Division 01060604 (Literacy).
