Recommendation
Staff recommends that Parks, Beaches, and Recreation (PB&R) Commission consider the reforestation request of one Rusty-leaf Fig (Ficus rubiginosa) located at 2326 Port Aberdeen Place due to various private and public property damages.
The applicant, Ms. Kristen Little, residing at 2326 Port Aberdeen Place, has provided the required signed minutes from the Seawind Homeowners Association to place this request onto the PB&R Commission Agenda. If approved by the Commission, the applicant has agreed to fund the removal of the tree, and the planting of a replacement with a 36-inch box Tristania laurina (water gum).
