Staff recommend that the City Arts Commission vote to approve the Art in Public Places Ad Hoc Subcommittee’s recommendation to accept exhibitions by Americo Bianchi, Joshua Rivera, and Demetrios
Lazarikos for the Central Library Lobby Gallery. Staff also recommend that the City Arts Commission vote to approve the Art in Public Places Ad Hoc Subcommittee’s recommendation to reject exhibitions by Richard Michael Conti and Susannah Kulikauskas for the Central Library Lobby Gallery.
