Exploring Site Options: Current Location at 870 Santa Barbara Drive (Attachment C)

Recommendation

City staff and its consultant, Griffin Structures, will share information from due diligence efforts surrounding redeveloping the current headquarters facility at 870 Santa Barbara Drive.

 

Recommended Actions:

1.                     Discuss the findings presented; and

2.                     Provide any recommendations for next steps on exploring the 870 Santa Barbara Drive site.
