Review and Consideration of the Final Draft of the GPAC/GPUSC General Plan Update (Attachment 2)
Recommendation
At the special joint meeting of the GPAC/GPUSC on December 3, 2025, City staff received guidance from the Committees regarding making responsive changes to the draft Elements based on input received from the City’s Boards, Commissions, and Committees and from community members. Since that time, City staff has worked with Dudek to make the changes, as directed, and is proud to present the final version of the GPAC/GPUSC Draft General Plan for review and consideration. Please reference Attachment 2 for more context and information.
Recommended GPAC/GPUSC Actions:
(1) Review the updated draft General Plan Elements; and
(2) Conduct a vote to consider supporting the draft moving forward, with or without changes, for further review and refinement by the City’s Boards, Commissions, and Committees, and ultimately the City Council.
