Set a Public Hearing for the City’s 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and Water Shortage Contingency Plan
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;
b) Receive the draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and the Water Shortage Contingency Plan for review; and
c) Set the date of June 9, 2026, for a public hearing on the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and the Water Shortage Contingency Plan.
