Amendment No. One to Service Agreement with EwasteDisposal, Inc., for Hazardous Disposal Services (Contract No. 7371-3)
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;
b) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. One to On-Call Maintenance/Repair Services Agreement with EwasteDisposal, Inc., for As-Needed Disposal Services for Asbestos Cement Pipe and Other Hazardous Items to increase the contract amount by $80,0000 for a total contract not-to-exceed amount of $200,000 and extend the contract an additional two years to a new expiration date of October 31, 2028.
