Amendment No. Three to On-Call Plumbing Maintenance and Repairs Services with Verne’s Plumbing, Inc.
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;
b) Approve Amendment No. Three to the On-Call Maintenance / Repair Services Agreement with Verne's Plumbing, Inc., for Plumbing Services, for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $350,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment; and
c) Authorize the termination of the On-Call Maintenance and Repair Services Agreement with Pacific Plumbing of Southern California (dba Pacific Plumbing of Santa Ana).
