Professional Services Agreement for On-Call Harbor Management Community Outreach Services with JPW Communications, Inc.
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;
b) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with JPW Communications, Inc. for Harbor Management Community Outreach Services for a total amount not-to-exceed $195,342; and
c) Establish an additional contingency of $9,302 (5% of the cost) to cover the cost of unforeseen needs.
