Recommendation
City staff and its consultant, LPA, will present site plan design concepts that use the southernmost portion of the Civic Center Park, adjacent to the Civic Center’s entry off Avocado Avenue. Refining a conceptual site plan is integral to the ongoing environmental analysis and feasibility for this site option.

Recommended Actions:

1. Receive and discuss staff and public input on this site; and

2. Provide feedback on the initial site plan design concepts.
