Confirmation of Nominees to Serve on the Aviation Committee

Recommendation

a)                     Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;

b)                     Confirm the nominations made by the Aviation Ad Hoc Committee:

1.                     Kurt Belcher

2.                     Cassie Bretschger

3.                     Jeffrey Cole

4.                     Ryan Dougherty

5.                     Barbara Lichman

6.                     Nicholas Prytherch

7.                     Michael Radigan

8.                     Timothy Strader, Jr.

9.                     John “Jack” Stranberg

                          10.  Mary-Christine (MC) Sungaila; and

c)                     Direct the City Clerk to agendize a formal vote for five citizen-member appointments for the September 9, 2025, City Council meeting.
