Approval of On-Call Professional Services Agreements for Executive Recruitment Services with Alliance Resource Consulting LLC, CPS HR Consulting, Bob Murray & Associates, and Ralph Andersen & Associates
Recommendation
a) Determine these actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because they will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;
b) Approve an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with Alliance Resource Consulting LLC for Executive Recruitment Services for a five-year term commencing November 10, 2026, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $200,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement;
c) Approve an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with Cooperative Personnel Services DBA CPS HR Consulting for Executive Recruitment Services for a five-year term commencing November 10, 2026, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $200,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement;
d) Approve an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with GVP Ventures Inc. DBA Bob Murray & Associates for Executive Recruitment Services for a five-year term commencing November 10, 2026, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $200,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement; and
e) Approve an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with Ralph Andersen & Associates for Executive Recruitment Services for a five-year term commencing November 10, 2026, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $200,000 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.
