Approval of On-Call Professional Services Agreements for Citywide Staff Training with CPS HR Consulting, Nextec Inc., and San Diego Centre for Organization Effectiveness
Recommendation
a) Determine these actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because they will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;
b) Approve an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with Cooperative Personnel Services DBA CPS HR Consulting for Citywide Staff Training and Development Services for a five-year term and a total not-to-exceed amount of $100,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement;
c) Approve an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with Nextec Inc. for Citywide Staff Training for a five-year term and a total not-to-exceed amount of $100,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement; and
d) Approve an On-Call Professional Services Agreement with San Diego Centre for Organization Effectiveness for Customer Service Training for a five-year term and a total not-to-exceed amount of $100,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
