Amendment No. Three to the Purchase, Installation and Maintenance Agreement with Axon for Skydio Drones and Body Worn Cameras
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and
b) Approve Amendment No. Three to the Purchase, Installation and Maintenance Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. of Scottsdale, Arizona for Skydio drones and related products and services and 14 additional body worn cameras in an amount not-to-exceed $4,506,801.18 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Amendment; and
c) Approve Budget Amendment No. 27-017 appropriating $283,011.55 in increased expenditures in Account No. 01035355-811065 and $23,934.88 in Account No. 75304-811004 from the unappropriated General Fund balance.
