Professional Services Agreement with T & G Global, LLC dba St. Nick's Christmas Lighting and Decor for Holiday Decorations at Civic Center, Central Library, Marina Park, OASIS Senior Center, Newport Coast Community Center and Community Youth Center

Recommendation

a)                     Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;

b)                     Approve a five-year Professional Services Agreement with T & G Global, LLC, for Rental and Installation of Holiday Decorations Citywide for a total not-to-exceed amount of $159,380, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.
