Expansion of City Trolley Concept
Recommendation
City staff will present a draft concept to expand the City’s summer trolley service into the Corona del Mar, Newport Center and Balboa Island areas for review and discussion. At the conclusion of the Study Session, staff will seek City Council’s general direction and guidance on how to proceed with the trolley service expansion concept.
