Staff recommends the Parks, Beaches & Recreation (PB&R) Commission review and approve Ms. Jen Wegner’s application requesting to donate a Huntington-style concrete bench in a new bench location at M Street Park along Serrano Avenue. The proposed donation complies with City Council Policy B-17 - Parks, Facilities and Recreation Program Donations (City Council Policy B-17).
