Recommendation
Project Summary
The applicant is requesting approval of a comprehensive sign program to establish design parameters for project signage. In addition, a modification permit is requested to permit sloped roof signs and an increase in sign area, including the number of signs for two internally illuminated business directory signs.
Recommended Action
1. Conduct a public hearing;
2. Find this project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15311 under Class 11 (Accessory Structures) of the CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, because it has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment; and
3. Adopt Draft Zoning Administrator Resolution No. _ approving the Comprehensive Sign Program and Modification Permit No. PA2024-0046 (Attachment No. ZA 1).
