Professional Services Agreement with Dudek, Inc. for Consulting Services for the Corona del Mar Commercial Corridor Study (PA2024-0002)
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and
b) Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Dudek, Inc. for consulting services for the Corona del Mar Implementation Overlay Study in an amount not-to-exceed $218,048 in a form substantially similar to the agreement attached to the staff report.
