Award of Maintenance and Repair Agreement with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. for On-Call Sports and Recreation Field Landscaping (Contract No. 9529-1)
Recommendation
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and
b) Approve a Maintenance and Repair Services Agreement with Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. for On-Call Sports and Recreation Field Landscaping for a five-year term and a not-to-exceed amount of $1,250,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
